I really enjoy going to classes, attending most Monday, Wednesday & Friday classes with Elaine. I find each session very good in different ways; more strength building on Friday kettlebells, etc. I like the way the classes are set up now with skipping, then weights then mat. This gives a break from the weight lifting as well as introducing cardio.
Elaine is a very enthusiastic and motivational trainer and you can tell that she likes her job.
The attendees in general take the class very seriously as it is mostly regulars there every week, there is good craic between everyone as a result of this as well.
I have seen great results, losing a gradual 2 – 2.5 stone over the 2 years that I have been attending. I have become a lot fitter and look forward to the classes every week.
